Ascendant Digital Acquisition (ACNDU) has priced its upsized offering of 36M units at $10/unit.
The units will begin trading today on the New York Stock Exchange.
Each unit consists of one Class A ordinary share and one-half of one redeemable warrant, with each whole warrant exercisable to purchase one Class A ordinary share at $11.50.
Closing date is July 28, 2020.
