IPO Boutique tweets that Corsair Gaming (CRSR) has priced a full-size IPO with 14M shares at $17/share. Shares will start trading Wednesday.

The price is the midpoint of the prior $16-18 range.

About 6.5M of the shares in the offer are coming from selling shareholders.

Corsair sells gaming and e-sports hardware and software, which makes the company a competitor of Logitech (NASDAQ:LOGI) and Razer (RAZR).
