Sharing a full workout video with lean muscle-building strength and fat blasting cardio intervals. All you need is a pair of dumbbells and a sturdy chair or step to get in an awesome, sweaty workout.
Hi friends! How are you? I hope you’re having a wonderful week so far! Thanks so much for all of your awesome feedback on the Small Business Gift Guide. I’m so excited to support small businesses and order some unique gifts this holiday season.
For today, I have an all-new workout for you! This was originally filmed for Fit Revolution, which is the *secret* project I’ve been working on!! I’m so excited about this new opportunity and the chance to provide more workout videos for you. This was co-founded by one of my good friends, Jen, and is an online platform packed with workout videos, healthy recipe ideas and techniques, stretching, and meditation. She put together an amazing team of fitness professionals in the health and wellness space and I’m so honored and excited to be included.
Fit Revolution Free Trial
You can check it out here and use my link for a free trial. (Please explore the site but make sure to use THIS LINK so I get credit when you sign up for the free trial!) I’ll be adding at least 4 new workouts to this platform every month and you’ll also have the chance to work out with some of my good blog friends, like Ashley and Jen! For example, you can take yoga with Jen, barre with Ashley, HIIT with Becky, and dance cardio with me, all on the same platform. They already have about 100 available classes and you can check it out here!! (My new round of videos will be live in the next week or so. If you have any requests, please let me know!) With so many of us working out at home, this is another incredible option and I love that you get the opportunity to try it out for free and see how you like it. 🙂
I originally planned this workout for FR, but cut off my head when I do the step-ups (face palm) so I’m sharing it here. I promise that there are no cut-off heads in the FR app. 🙂 This is a super sweaty mix of strength and cardio. 🙂 We do 5 minutes of strength, a 4-minute Tabata, and repeat this entire series 3 times. It’s one of my very favorite ways to train and I hope you love this one!
If you give it a try, please let me know!
