President Trump may be discharged from the hospital as soon as tomorrow (Monday), his team said today at a briefing at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center.
“The president has continued to improve,” White House physician, Sean Conley, said. “As with any illness, there are frequent ups and downs over the course.”
Conley says Trump’s blood-oxygen level dropped twice since his diagnosis. It never dropped below 90%. He also said that Trump had been administered dexamethasone, a steroid used to treat inflammation in Covid patients, in addition to an “antibody cocktail” and Remdesivir, an antiviral drug.
Conley called Trump’s two incidents of oxygen droppage and high fever, “transient,” and said he received one minute of supplemental oxygen.
